far away

it's hard being so far away from you
but just knowing we'll be together soon
if only for a little while
helps make the distance seem somehow less
and reminds us that it won't always be like this
One day, we'll be holding each other close
and know that it's not just a dream or a visit that always ends too soon
Until that day comes..I'll be counting the days that we're together again
Then, we will cherish the times we shared
and it will be as though we were never apart!
